Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a motivated Dental Office Manager for our River Forest, IL location. You will lead daily operations, oversee front office staff, manage patient scheduling and billing, and drive efficiency and patient satisfaction in a collaborative dental specialty setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in dental practice management and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising and leading a team.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with dental practice management software.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient scheduling.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

Overview

Dental Office Manager - Cameo Dental Specialists

River Forest Location

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our practice. In this role, you'll ensure smooth administrative workflows, provide support to our providers and team members, and cultivate a positive and efficient environment for both patients and the team.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice

The salary range for this role is $70,000 -$80,000/annually based on full-time employment.
