We’re a newly renovated private pediatric dental practice looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Office Manager/Insurance Coordinator to join our team. We believe in valuing every team member and offer both part-time and full-time positions. You will become part of a wonderful group that includes experienced dentists, caring administrative staff, and dedicated dental hygienists, all working together to create a compassionate and high-quality care environment for our patients.
This full-time/part-time position offers a generous starting salary (based on prior experience), in addition to many benefits including paid holidays, a profit-sharing plan, health insurance coverage, and much more. Our practice is open on Mondays (8-5:00), Tuesdays (8-5:00), Wednesdays (8 to 4:30), and Thursdays (8-5:00). and every other Friday (8:00 am to 2:00 Pm). Wages & benefits depend on experience. please email your resume.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow in the dental office.
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings and insurance using Dentrix software.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment.
Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.
Train and supervise office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage front desk responsibilities.
