Your Impact:
As the Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional patient experiences. You'll also play a critical role in tracking and driving performance metrics, including production and collection goals, patient retention, and case acceptance—keeping the practice running efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily operations and office workflow
Leading, training and mentoring team
Monitoring and achieving KPI targets related to production, collections, and scheduling efficiency
Overseeing billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable
Creating a positive, organized, and service-focused environment
Collaborating with the clinical team to optimize productivity and patient care
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience
Sales or business background a huge plus
Proven success managing KPIs, production, and collections
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
MUST BE Tech-savvy with proficiency in dental software, Microsoft Office, and related systems
In-depth understanding of dental insurance, billing, and financial coordination
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
