Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will focus on executing operational tasks to enhance practice efficiencies and growth, working closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and the primary dentist to foster a positive team culture and achieve practice results.
Minimum Requirements: 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience, proficiency in dental management software (Dentrix, Denticon preferred), understanding of marketing strategies, intermediate MS Office skills, solid P&L management skills, knowledge of labor laws, and adherence to regulatory guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC).
