Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 per year + monthly and quarterly incentive earnings

How You’ll Make a Difference:

As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead office operations to support doctors, create lasting impressions, and build trust with patients. You will participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge to succeed and grow within our organization.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion, adhering to policies, regulations, and standards
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure high-quality care
  • Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and develop strategies to increase profitability
  • Lead daily team huddles to optimize patient experience and business performance
  • Additional tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • A people-centric leader who motivates and inspires others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on leveraging data
