The role requires coordinating with management and directors to maintain smooth patient flow and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate holds an RDA certificate (preferred) and can manage inventory, scheduling, and daily office tasks, including reporting OSHA matters and maintaining sterilization protocols.

Formación

• Registered Dental Assistant certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain overall efficient flow of the office.
• Understand responsibilities of each clinical staff member; coordinate with Office Manager, Dental Director and Regional Director.
• Schedule Chairside Dental Assistants with the help of the Office Manager.
• Provide progress reports on OSHA each month to the Office Manager and Dental Director.
• Constantly monitor patient flow and seating in dental chairs when staff are busy.
• Delegate responsibilities to the Assistant Clinical Coordinator (if assigned) and other Chairside Dental Assistants.
• Enter treatment plans in the computer to expedite treatment.
• Submit weekly repair and equipment lists to Corporate.
• Place timely-submitted orders for supplies.
• Keep logs for disinfectant changes and sterilization checks.
• Ensure sterilization equipment is working properly.
