Dental Solutions is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the team in Eagan, Minnesota. This 12-month contract role is onsite and pays $18–$20 per hour on a W-2 basis.

The position focuses on well-defined technical tasks, meticulous data documentation, and communicating results to the technical community. A Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required, with lab experience and strong notebook skills highly valued.

• Proficient in following established lab procedures.
• Strong documentation and notebook maintenance required.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined technical tasks in a project setting following procedures.
• Document experimental data in technical notebooks or approved files.
• Prepare reports communicating results to the technical community.
• Support project completion by collaborating with team members and resources within the division.
• Provide technical supervision or management of contingent technical workers when required.
