Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Technician in Eagan, MN, onsite. You will support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in performing and analyzing tests for dental materials, learn analytical techniques, and help develop new products.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher and at least two years in a lab support role, plus experience with mechanical testing, test method development, computer skills, statistics, and collaborative communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a laboratory support role.
• Experience in mechanical testing at a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience with test method development and material property data collection.
• Computer skills.
• Statistical knowledge and practice.
• Collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in performing and analyzing laboratory tests and experiments for dental materials.
• Learn analytical techniques, collect and analyze observations, results, and discuss interpretations and design.
• Problem‑solve to fix equipment, run test methods, evaluate materials, and address other lab‑related challenges.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams.
• Gain experience related to the development of new products.
