We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled dental lab technician with full denture fabrication experience to be the Lab Manager at one of our state-of-the-art denture labs. Only AD&I Can Offer:

• Monday through Friday work week with no nights or weekends.
• Career development through on-the-job training.
• Paid vacations and holidays, totaling over one month off annually.
• No travel required; technicians work exclusively with one practice at their on-site lab.
• Generous benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k).
• Pay: $24 - $30 / hour.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in all aspects of denture fabrication: setting teeth, wax-up, festooning, carving, finishing, repairs, pouring, and trimming models.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
• Understanding of OSHA protocols.
• Willingness to cross-train team members in all lab areas.

Qualifications

• Significant experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
• Denture and implant experience preferred, but not required.
• Same-day denture experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, during lab and practice hours.
