Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience fabricating dentures and dental prosthetics from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities with team-building experience.
• Experience training, coaching, and mentoring dental laboratory technicians.
• Knowledge of complete dentures, overdentures, and implant-based restorations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of complete denture fabrication and dental laboratory procedures.
• Fabricate dentures and dental prosthetics accurately from start to finish.
• Provide hands-on technical training and development for laboratory staff.
• Cross-train team members across all areas of production.
• Implement new dental products, technologies, and processes.
• Maintain OSHA, safety, and infection-control standards.
