Job summary

You will collaborate with program faculty to set up lab scenarios, grade assignments, and guide students through skill check-offs while maintaining confidentiality of student records and adhering to curriculum standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant program or four years of related training/experience.
• Minimum of three years practical experience in Dental Assisting.
• Proficiency in four-handed and six-handed chairside dentistry principles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and valid credentials as CDA/RDA or licensed dentist.

Responsibilities

• Lab Preparation & Instructional Support: set up lab scenarios and assist instructors.
• Scenario Development: develop, schedule, and execute practical lab scenarios.
• Hands-on Demonstration: demonstrate proper operation of clinical skills equipment.
• Supply Management: monitor inventory and restock as needed.
• Student Advising & Grading: assist with check-offs and graded work.
• Faculty Collaboration: provide feedback to instructors and program directors.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: maintain confidential student records per policy.
• Professional Development: participate in trainings and program standards.
