Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven time management skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, remote, and on-site support.
• Walk clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve errors.
• Communicate with vendors to request service and resolve tickets.
• Perform maintenance tasks on end user devices.
• Set up and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and network equipment.
• Run network cabling and on-site hardware setup.
• Saturday on-call coverage as part of rotation.
