Clinton Dental Group is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification & Billing Specialist to join our in-office team. The role emphasizes accurate insurance verification and billing with a Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends.

Responsabilités

• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for scheduled patients.
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims for timely reimbursement.
• Research and resolve claim denials and outstanding balances.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage and resolve discrepancies.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts as part of the billing process.
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records in the practice management system.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient finances.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for scheduled patients
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement
• Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and outstanding balances
• Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage details and resolve discrepancies
• Support the billing process, including posting payments and reconciling accounts
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records in the practice management system
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient financial experiences

What We're Looking For

• Experience with dental insurance verification (required)
• Comfort with or interest in billing and claims follow-up
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communicator, both with patients and insurance representatives
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Dental office experience preferred; certification not required
• Reliable and punctual this is an in‑office role, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
