Qualifications

• Two plus years preparing copay estimates, claim resolution, and insurance verification - preferably in Dental.
• Accounts receivable experience - preferably in Dental.
• Positive attitude focused on patient experience.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance providers to verify dental coverage and determine patient co-pays.
• Provide cost estimates and discuss payment options with patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans and patient communications.
• Audit patient accounts and resolve concerns.
