The role requires at least 1 year of dental experience, knowledge of dental insurance processes, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental experience required.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and claims.
• Experience with dental billing and financial arrangements.
• Comfort presenting treatment plans and discussing finances with patients.
• Experience with CareCredit and/or dental savings plans.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus; training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with questions.
• Process and reprocess dental insurance claims.
• Explain billing, treatment costs, and financing options to patients.
• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements clearly.
• Set up and coordinate patient payment schedules.
• Work with in-house Dental Savings Plans, CareCredit, and similar programs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a great patient experience.
• Keep billing and insurance processes accurate and organized.
