Turlock Family Dentistry is seeking an Insurance AR Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on accurate insurance reimbursement, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records to support the practice’s success.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental AR experience, strong knowledge of EOBs and claim processing, Dentrix experience, and excellent attention to detail plus professional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental insurance accounts receivable experience required.
• Strong understanding of EOBs, insurance payments, adjustments, and claim processing.
• Experience posting insurance payments and reconciling accounts.
• Working knowledge of Dentrix required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
