Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients entering clinic and manages seating.
• Sterilizes instruments and decontaminates equipment.
• Wraps and sterilizes instrument trays.
• Follows Standard Precautions in decontamination areas.
• Monitors biological and chemical solutions for decontamination.
• Verifies equipment functions properly.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and inventory.
• Keeps logs of spore testing.
• Restocks and labels supplies; tracks instruments through sterilization.
• Meets provider needs for instruments and handpieces.
