Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a Traveling Dental Hygienist to support our La Crosse and Holmen practices. This role offers flexibility, premium pay, and a generous sign-on of up to $15,000. You’ll deliver preventive and periodontal care across multiple locations while educating patients and maintaining high standards of care.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
• Comfortable traveling between locations in the La Crosse market
• Strong clinical skills and time management
• Adaptable, positive, and team‑oriented mindset
• Passion for patient care and education
• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads welcome). A current CPR certification.

Compensation

$55-62 per hour
