Qualifications

• Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license current or obtainable before start date.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

• Active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads welcome!).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care at the top of your license.
• Perform patient assessments, charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Partner with dentists to identify needs and improve outcomes.

Schedule

Mon‑Thurs 7‑5, Fri 7‑1 (Flexible)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and lifelong wellness.
• Partner with dentists to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes.
• Create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment‑free experience for every patient.
• Adapt seamlessly to different office environments while contributing positively to each team you support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay current on the latest evidence‑based practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain one before your start date).
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a variety of practice settings.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!).

Compensation

$55–$62 per hour
