Dr. Wendy Spektor at Spektor Dental, a partner at Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a talented and compassionate full-time Dental Hygienist to join her team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $5k sign-on bonus offered
• Competitive pay and benefits
• Hourly wage range of $65 - $75+/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polishing, and debridement
• Conduct oral examinations and screenings
• Take and record radiographic images
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress
• Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
