Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and nutritional counseling.
• Ensure sterilization of instruments and treatment rooms per OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with dentist and team to maintain smooth patient flow.

Pay

• $62 - $73 per hour


• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Weekends: Closed (No Saturday or Sunday hours).

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support


• Valid Dental Hygienist license to practice in the State of Virginia.


• Current CPR/BLS Certification.


• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene best practices and infection control.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferences

• Entry-Level Candidates Welcome: We are happy to welcome recent graduates or those new to the field.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Experience with electronic dental records.
