Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophy, scaling and root planing.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Take digital X-rays and use imaging tools (iTero scanner, intra-oral camera).
• Chart conditions of decay and disease for dentist review and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer local anesthetic agents and monitor nitrous oxide.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Licensed dental hygienist
• Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Nitrous Oxide Certification
• Local Anesthesia Certification
