Position Overview:

Blue Jay Dental is working with a leading Dental Client that is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join their dynamic clinical team in Plymouth, IN. This well-established organization operates in multiple states and continues to grow. They are committed to providing exemplary patient care and are passionate about preventive oral health. Their modern, state-of-the-art practices create a professional and friendly environment with ample opportunities for career growth.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
  • Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
