Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in the Triangle area is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient‑focused team. You will deliver preventative and periodontal care, educate patients, and maintain the highest clinical standards.

Typical schedule options include Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 7:45 AM–2:00 PM, with full‑time hours and a supportive, team‑oriented environment across our Durham area locations.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of North Carolina
• Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate's degree or certificate required)

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventative care
• Conduct patient screenings, including medical history review and periodontal charting
• Take dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes
• Provide oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and disease prevention
• Accurately document patient care in electronic records
• Review and explain treatment plans and associated fees with patients
• Communicate patient conditions and concerns with the dentist
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and sterilization standards
• Support team operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Position Summary
