Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Dental Hygienist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing preventive and periodontal care.
• Performing cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Taking digital radiographs and vital signs.
• Conducting oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Applying sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients feel informed and comfortable.
• Maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Supporting a collaborative and positive office environment.

What You’ll Do

As a valued RDH on our team, you’ll partner closely with our doctors to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Your role will include:

• Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Performing cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
• Taking digital radiographs and vital signs
• Conducting oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
• Applying sealants and fluoride treatments

• Maintaining accurate electronic records
• Supporting a collaborative and positive office environment

Schedule Expectations

• Must be available by 7:40 AM (office opens at 8:00 AM)
