Bristol Park Dental - Williston in Williston, VT is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our state-of-the-art practice. You will perform professional hygiene procedures, assess patients, and help develop treatment plans in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $48-$53, a $5,000+ signing bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with weekends off.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program is required.
Valid dental hygiene license in Vermont is required.
Solid understanding of dental office procedures, HIPAA regulations, and patient confidentiality.
Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, and CAD.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
Take and process dental x-rays with precision.
Assist dentists during procedures with instruments and materials.
