Job summary

Gentle Dental Care | Lorton is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our fast-growing, patient-centered private practice in Virginia. You will perform routine cleanings, take digital radiographs, and educate patients on oral hygiene while collaborating with our dentist and team.

We offer a competitive hourly pay of $50–$75, a quarterly bonus plan, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule Monday through Friday with full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in VA.
• CPR certification and BLS certification.
• Licensure as a Dental Hygienist with VA authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and preventive care.
• Take digital radiographs as needed.
• Conduct periodontal assessments and maintain charting.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized clinical environment.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Active Dental Hygienist license in VA
