Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our Albany, GA team, focusing on kids and teens to make visits fun and stress-free while delivering preventive care.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule with competitive pay starting at $30 per hour, benefits, and growth opportunities. Training provided for Denticon and iTero experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current license and graduation from a dental hygiene program are required.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred; training provided for the right person.
• Additional certification or training is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon or iTero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chart conditions based on Doctor's diagnosis.
• Deliver high quality patient care.
• Assist with administering local injectable anesthetic.
• Screen patients to include medical history and vital signs.
• Set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation.
• Prepare reports and assist with reception, calls, and routine triage.

Requirements:

• Current license & graduation from a dental hygiene school is required

A Typical Day as a Dental Hygienist:

• Chart conditions based on Doctor's diagnosis

• Assist with administering local injectable anesthetic
• Screen patients to include a full medical history and take patient vital signs
• Set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation
• Prepare reports and assist with patient reception, telephone calls, routine triage and other office duties as required.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Daytime hours – No nights!
