Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Norcross, GA is hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide pediatric hygiene care in a team-focused environment. You’ll hold a current license and complete dental hygiene duties for kids and teens, while enjoying a sign-on bonus and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Current license as a dental hygienist and graduation from a dental hygiene program.
• 1 year experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate.
• Experience with Denticon or iTero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chart conditions based on Doctor's diagnosis and plan treatment.
• Deliver high-quality patient care to children and teens.
• Assist with administering local anesthesia when required.
• Screen patients, take medical histories, and record vital signs.
• Set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation for hygiene procedures.
• Prepare reports and assist with front-desk tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Current license & graduation from a dental hygiene school is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Additional certification or training is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

A Typical Day As a Dental Hygienist

• Chart conditions based on Doctor's diagnosis.
• Deliver high quality patient care.
• Assist with administering local injectable anesthetic.
• Screen patients to include a full medical history and take patient vital signs.
• Set up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation.
• Prepare reports and assist with patient reception, telephone calls, routine triage and other office duties as required.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts.
• Daytime hours – No nights!
