Job summary

Dental365 in Oregon, OH is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern practice. We offer concierge patient care, one-hour recall appointments, and a welcoming bonus of $7,000 for the right candidate.

You will provide prophylaxis, periodontal assessment, radiographs, and risk review under the supervision of the dentist. We support flexible PT and per diem options, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active state hygienist license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient screening.
• Meticulous documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Providing concierge care with excellent chair-side manners.
• Enhancing oral health by identifying periodontal disease signs or cancer indicators.
• Documenting detailed patient histories and chief complaints.
• Taking x-rays and intraoral images for treatment planning.
• Performing recommended oral hygiene procedures per dentist's plan.
• Handling dental emergencies during treatment.
• Providing at-home care instructions and follow-up guidance.
