Dental365 in Toledo, OH is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver concierge level hygiene care. You will build trust with patients, document medical histories, and perform objective assessments as part of a modern, safety-focused practice.

Open to part-time and per diem schedules; full-time benefits include health/vision plans, 401(k) matching, bonuses, PTO, and an in-house discount program. Salary starts at $45/hour with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in the applicable state.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Exceptional knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation.
• Any additional state-required certification/license to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level concierge care with exemplary chairside manners.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers.
• Document and review detailed patient histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to aid treatment planning and progress notes.
• Perform oral hygiene procedures per the treatment plan prescribed by the Dentist.
• Respond to emergencies during patient treatment.
• Give at-home care and oral health maintenance instructions.
