Client Success Associate – Digital Dentistry

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Incisive, we’re transforming how dental practices adopt and scale digital dentistry. As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be on the front lines—supporting dental clients as they integrate digital workflows and utilize our lab network.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with experience in dental technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main point of contact for dental practices via phone and email.
• Manage questions related to orders, scanbodies, lab fulfillment, training, and general support.
• Troubleshoot software issues; escalate to 3Shape support when needed.
• Coordinate and track equipment replacements.
• Monitor usage metrics like scan time and out-of-network volume.
• Identify usage gaps or drop-offs and flag clients for follow-up or retraining.
• Share data insights with the Client Success and Training teams.
• Utilize Excel, Outlook/Gmail, CRM, and support issue logs effectively.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years in dentistry or a client-facing role
• Familiarity with intraoral scanners, especially 3Shape
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and tracking abilities
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a hybrid position with flexible hours and regular virtual interactions with clients and internal teams. Must be comfortable with self-direction, screen sharing, and proactive outreach.
