Job summary

MoreSmiles Dental Spa in the Greater Mandeville area is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and modern technology including CBCT and Cavitron, with generous 50–60 minute patient appointments.

You will join a collaborative team, provide prophylaxis, manage patient education, and use Denticon PM software in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Hygienist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training.
• Minimum 1 year of RDH clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups.
• Reviewing patient's history.
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing.
• Documents area of existing restorations.
• Use of X-ray.
• Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene.
• Conduct screenings and assist patients with oral hygiene.
