We're hiring a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. Earn a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $70 USD, negotiable based on your experience. We also offer a sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $12,000 USD for full-time employees and $5,000 USD for part-time roles. You'll also have the opportunity to earn more with our bi-weekly uncapped production bonus.

*Responsibilities:*
* Deliver high-quality and compassionate direct dental care to patients.
* Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x-rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and conduct related procedures.
* Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for Same Day Care.
* Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
* Assess patients' dental conditions and needs and review their medical history.
* Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
* Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
* Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary.
* Take x-rays and save into patient charts when necessary.
* Provide memorable patient experiences through genuine care and compassion.

*Requirements:*
* Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
* CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
