Vibrant Smile Dentistry PLLC in Minnesota is seeking an AMAZING Dental Hygienist to join our fast-paced, growing office. We emphasize patient education to keep them out of the chair and offer preventive care beyond simple prophylaxis.

Real-time scheduling includes longer New Patient and SRP blocks, with a top-tier pay range of $55-$65 per hour based on experience, plus a monthly bonus. We provide PTO, 401(k) match, health insurance, and free dental care for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in dental hygiene or higher; license required.
• Current Dental Hygienist licensure.
• Warm personality that comforts patients.
• Ability to educate patients without lecturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and deep cleanings (SRP).
• Take sharp, accurate digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
• Check patients for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
• Give practical home care tips without sounding preachy.
• Apply sealants and fluoride varnish or any other preventive tools
• Partner with the doctor for smooth, stress-free exams.
• Spot needed dental work and guide patients toward treatment.
