Dental Hygienist Role

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral member of the patient care team, providing the time and care your patients deserve and seeking to enhance their oral health through a best‑in‑class support system and ongoing educational opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
  • Excellent working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
  • Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
  • Capability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions, or in‑person trainings, periodically throughout the year.
  • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, except in FL & TN.
