Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• New graduates and seasoned hygienists are welcome.
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
• Clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
• TB test required for all new hires; no requirement in FL & TN.
