Dental Care of Solon is looking for a Part Time Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Hours needed: Tuesdays 9-5, Wednesdays 9-5, and Fridays 8-3. Fridays are the day we need filled.

About Dental Care Of Solon

Dental Care of Solon, like all Heartland Dental supported offices, is community-focused. With support from a practice manager, a trained onsite team, and a nationwide network of experts, you’ll be fully connected to resources and support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New grads and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records.
• Desire to learn and grow clinically to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
• Additional clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
• TB test required prior to employment, arranged during pre-employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
