Job summary

Elite Dental Partners in Saint Charles, Missouri, seeks a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. Your responsibilities will include performing periodontal procedures, educating patients about oral health, and working collaboratively to enhance patient experiences.

The position offers an hourly rate between $48 - $61, sign-on bonus of $7,800, and benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Valid Dental hygiene licensure without adverse actions.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Capable of engaging effectively with team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures per state dental board requirements.
• Educate patients on preventive oral health strategies.
• Collaborate with the Dentist on treatment plans.

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with Dentrix

Education

Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board

Two (2)+ years’ experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
• Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Qualifications

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
• Two (2)+ years’ experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
