Job summary

Valley Dental Group in Robbinsdale, MN seeks a friendly Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered team. You will deliver high-quality hygiene care, screen patients, and educate on oral health while supported by a robust mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Must hold MN dental hygienist license and a degree in dental hygiene (associate or bachelor).

• Desire to continue learning and grow clinically.

$5,000 sign on bonus! Dental Hygienist needed! Valley Dental Group is adding a hygienist to the team.

Our hours are Mon 7-330, Tue 7-330, Wed 7-330, Thurs 7-1 Fri 7-330 but we are flexible!

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)


• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation


• CPR Certification


• Preferred Experience: Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems


• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health


• Clinical needs as required by office


• No experience needed!

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times


• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
