Job summary

Valley Dental Group is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Minnesota to join a supportive team with a sign-on bonus. You’ll provide elite clinical care, advocate for patients, and grow within a mentorship-heavy program.

Hours are flexible with the office open Monday–Friday, and ongoing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills while delivering exceptional lifetime care to patients.

Qualifications

• MN dental hygienist license current with a degree in dental hygiene.
• Strong knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history.
• CPR certification and willingness to learn new technologies.

$5,000 sign on bonus! Dental Hygienist needed! Valley Dental Group is adding a hygienist to the team.

Our hours are Mon 7-330, Tue 7-330, Wed 7-330, Thurs 7-1 Fri 7-330 but we are flexible!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)


• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation


• CPR Certification


• Preferred Experience: Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems


• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health


• Clinical needs as required by office


• No experience needed!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times


• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
