Job summary

BRSL Dentistry Patterson in Richmond, VA is seeking a licensed Virginia Dental Hygienist to join a private, two-location practice. The role is Monday–Thursday, 8a–5p, with a starting rate of $55/hr plus bonus opportunities and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k).

You will deliver comprehensive hygiene care, educate patients, and work closely with experienced dentists to support preventive treatment and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Virginia Dental Hygienist license or eligibility required.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Experience with prophylaxis, periodontal probing, radiographs and screening.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• A licensed Virginia Dental Hygienist (New grads or those awaiting licensure are welcome!)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
• Experience in delivering comprehensive care (prophies, periodontal probing, x-rays, oral cancer screenings, scaling, etc.)
• CPR/BLS Certification
