Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $75 per hour with uncapped bonus potential.
• $5,000 signing bonus.
• Comprehensive total compensation including base pay, bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k with company match, and additional pre-tax savings plans.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
• Conduct periodontal, medical history, and caries risk assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and products.
• Take digital radiographs for diagnosis.
• Assist in developing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with dental team members for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental hygiene license.
• CPR certification; additional certifications such as Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Laser Certification as required.
