About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our practice. The ideal candidate is personable, passionate about dental health, and enjoys building patient relationships. Responsibilities include performing hygiene procedures, educating patients, and practicing proactively.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Patient Care: Conduct hygiene procedures including scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
2. Assessment: Perform periodontal, medical history, and caries risk assessments.
3. Patient Education: Educate on hygiene treatments based on assessments.
4. X-Rays: Take digital radiographs for diagnosis.
5. Treatment Planning: Assist in developing personalized treatment plans.
6. Collaboration: Work with dentists and dental professionals.
7. Patient Interaction: Engage with patients in a friendly manner.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records.
9. Infection Control: Follow protocols and maintain sterile environment.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution
• Valid state dental hygiene license
• CPR, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Laser Certification (where required)
