Plaza Health Dentistry is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team at 9420 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO 63126. The role offers a $7,500 welcome bonus and a full benefits package; full-time minimum 30 hours to qualify for benefits, with paid holidays, 401(k), and health/dental/vision coverage.

Part-time options also available with benefits. Typical schedule includes weekdays with early starts; opportunities for daily or quarterly bonuses and CE coverage are available in a supportive practice

Qualifications

$7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! Plaza Health Dentistry is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 9420 Watson Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63126

Work Schedule (open to part-time): Monday 8 am-5 pm, Tues 8 am-5 pm, Wednesday 8 am-5 pm, Thursday 9 am-6 pm

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
