Job summary

Streets of St Charles Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our Missouri-based practice. We offer a $7,500 welcome bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO.

Position available for both full-time and part-time, with hours Mon–Fri and a mix of early start times. You will work in a two-doctor practice using Dentrix, performing recare and new patient visits, with daily pay options and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.

Streets of St Charles Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 1520 South 5th Street, Suite 103 St. Charles,Missouri63303

Work Schedule (open to full-time or part-time): Monday- 8:30 am-6 pm; Tuesday 7:30 am-6 pm; Wed 7:30 am-5 pm; Thursday 7:30 am- 5 pm; Friday 7:30 am - 3 pm

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouriand an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
