Job summary

Gentle Dental in Arizona is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform dental hygiene procedures, maintain patient relationships, and participate in a collaborative team focused on high-quality patient care.

The position offers an hourly rate of $55–$65 with an uncapped bonus plan, a $5,000 signing bonus, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. Four or five workdays per week are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain by start date.
• Current CPR certification.
• Applicable local certifications, including anesthesia certification as required.
