Job summary

Metro Dental Associates, a Smile Brands affiliate in Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a team that values growth and work‑life balance. Schedule offers Monday 10am-7pm and Thursdays 8am-4pm with hourly compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment‑free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Compensation

$53-$56 per hour
