Fairview Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Mooresville, North Carolina seeks a compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established family practice. Build relationships with patients, provide thorough dental cleanings, and educate on oral care in a supportive team environment.

Part-time, 1 day per week (Monday 6:30am - 2:30pm) with a focus on patient care, collaboration with doctors, and opportunities for growth within a welcoming community. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina dental hygienist license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused, compassionate care.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training.
• Knowledgeable about periodontal health and patient education.
• Experience with dental practice software.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
• Help patients improve and maintain lifelong oral health.
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and screenings with quality care.
• Educate patients in oral hygiene techniques and care.
• Review patient history and charting.
• Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing.
• Document area of existing restorations and maintain records.
• Use digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records.

Our practice has earned the trust of families throughout the community by providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We believe that exceptional dentistry starts with exceptional people, and we're looking for a hygienist who shares our passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
