We are seeking a Hygienist to support our Layton practice and surrounding areas. This flexible position allows you to work at our offices on days and hours that suit your availability. Collaborate with our operations team to coordinate your schedule. This role is similar to temping but offers the stability of working with a consistent team focused on excellent patient care, a positive culture, and strong support.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment plans.
• Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that enhance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!).
• A current CPR certification.

Compensation

$42-$48/HR
